Rick Jackson

Rick Jackson is Vice President of Landscape Architecture at ELA Group, Inc., with offices in Lititz, State College, and Butler (PA) and Sarasota, FL. A 1979 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (BS: Landscape Architecture), Rick received his professional registration in 1983 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also registered to practice Landscape Architecture in the State of Maryland.

Currently, Rick serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Tenfold (formerly Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership and Tabor Community Services) and is actively involved in Tenfold’s Coalition for Sustainable Housing, advocating for housing affordability. He also currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Moravian Manors, Inc.

As a Partner4Place, Rick assists in the implementation of “Places2040,” the 2018 Update to Lancaster County’s Comprehensive Plan. Rick is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Building Industry Association (BIA) of Lancaster County, and the Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Council of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors.

Rick is a Past President of both the Lancaster County BIA and Coalition for Smart Growth. He has also served on the Governing Board of the Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness and on the Board of the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority.

Kelly Gutshall

Kelly Gutshall is the president of LandStudies, Inc, an ecological design and restoration company based in Lititz, Pennsylvania.  Kelly and her team of 35 professionals including Landscape Architects, Engineers and Scientists have pioneered solutions that utilize floodplain restoration and functional natural systems to solve some of the most pressing water resource issues of our time.
