Chris Kennedy is a nationally recognized thought leader in aging-in-place, an expert in emerging models of housing, and an evangelist of the World Health Organization’s Age-Friendly Cities and Communities Program.

Chris manages Age2Agea national consulting practice based in Lancaster, PA that guides clients to envision, design, and launch Age-Friendly projects across multiple disciplines and business sectors.

Chris draws on her six careers that span urban planning, telecom and high tech, in roles that include grants manager, lobbyist, parent and account executive.  She holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the School of Social Ecology at the University of California, Irvine

 

Lancaster Area Senior Services hired Chris in 2016 to introduce WHO’s Age-Friendly Communities Program to Lancaster City and County.   Getting to know and love Lancaster, Chris relocated here in 2018 from California.
