Since 1999, Bob has been the CEO at Lancaster EMS, a nationally accredited, nonprofit ambulance service provider in Lancaster County, PA.  Lancaster EMS is a large organization employing about 185 employees with a $14M budget. From 1994 to 1999, Bob was the emergency department director, along with other cost centers, at a local hospital.  He originally started his healthcare career as a paramedic in Lancaster County and also worked part time in Chester County as flight medic. Bob earned his MBA from Eastern University, St. Davids, PA, and his Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration) from Lebanon Valley College. Bob is faculty at the Elizabethtown College School of Graduate & Professional Studies teaching business and healthcare credit courses to adult learners.  His passions include general aviation flying (private pilot), travel, time with family.
