Trevor started his career in Workforce Development as Youth Advocate, helping youth to find meaningful, full-time, permanent careers. Recognizing that a larger impact is made by working with employers he changed roles and began strategically engaging employers to become active participants in workforce development and improving the local economy. Trevor now works as a Project Specialist where he assists various CareerLink offices with strengthening business and employer partnerships. |

Chris Kennedy is a nationally recognized thought leader in aging-in-place, an expert in emerging models of housing, and an evangelist of the World Health Organization’s Age-Friendly Cities and Communities Program. Chris manages Age2Age, a national consulting practice based in Lancaster, PA that guides clients to envision, design, and launch Age-Friendly projects across multiple disciplines and business sectors. Chris draws on her six careers that span urban planning, telecom and high tech, in roles that include grants manager, lobbyist, parent and account executive. She holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the School of Social Ecology at the University of California, Irvine
Lancaster Area Senior Services hired Chris in 2016 to introduce WHO’s Age-Friendly Communities Program to Lancaster City and County. Getting to know and love Lancaster, Chris relocated here in 2018 from California. |
